Clementine: Am I ugly? When I was a kid, I thought I was. I can’t believe I’m crying already. Sometimes I think people don’t understand how lonely it is to be a kid, like you don’t matter. So, I’m eight and I have these toys, these dolls. My favorite is this ugly doll who I call Clemetine and I keep yelling at her, “you can’t be ugly, be pretty!” It’s weird, like if I can transform her, I would magically change, too.
Joel: You’re pretty.
Clementine: Joely, don’t ever leave me.
Joel: You’re pretty… you’re pretty… pretty…

i got to see shaylyn so much this weekend. The best parts about the time spent together was what we spent our time doing, shay was laughing all weekend.
If you didn’t know, every time shay laughs/smiles/dances i immediately get happy. That’s why i act so silly sometimes. I’m aiming to make shay laugh or smile. It’s not like i need to do an action to make her happy, for a chunk of time of our life i thought i had to; but that’s when i didn’t understand emotions quite as well as i do today.
so shay got to ride on her favorite rides mulitple amounts of times, with her siblings too. she was smiling cheek to cheek and making this happy sort of face she gets when you know she’s have the MOST fun.
to build off of that shay danced her ass off at girl talk. Now i would never to go to any concert alone but now that i have shay EVERY concert is amazing because i have someone to act silly with or dance with or kiss when things get out of control.
i think shay & i have gotten happier with life now that ours is conjoined. we don’t have nearly as many idiots weighing us down as we did last year or the year before that, we’re reaching new levels of happiness because of that.
I can’t wait for summer, i feel like shays almost always smiling during summer.
